Community Staffing Resources is a member of the Delta Personnel Services family. CSR adds to the rich history that Per Diem Staffing and Guardian Security brings to the Northern California staffing industry. CSR provides staff to Residential and Commercial Property Management companies as well as Office Administrators. CSR’s management team brings decades of experience in both staffing and property management.


Guardian Security Agency is a division of Delta Personnel Services, Inc. Delta has been in the Human Resource Management and Personnel Staffing fields in California for over 30 years. Delta has been able to integrate the same quality service of staffing and supervision to its Guardian Security Agency division and bring its expertise and professionalism to the security field.


Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc. started service on June 17, 1996 serving Northern California Respiratory Therapy Departments. Pulmonary Technicians Services (PTS) had been in business since 1983, and in 1996 merged with Medical Professional Services. The new entity was named Per Diem Staffing Systems, Inc., the leading Respiratory Therapy temporary help provider in Northern California. Per Diem was the first California based staffing company to receive Joint Commission Certification.

MANAGEMENT

JUDITH L. TRAVERS – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – DELTA PERSONNEL

Judy created Delta in 1983, and has been an integral part ever since. Prior to that she was in the legal industry. Judy is a member of National Association of Female Executives, The American Management Association, The American Association for Respiratory Care, The California Society for Respiratory Care, The Society for Human Resource Management, and the Contra Costa Child Abuse Prevention Council. Judy has a Bachelors Degree from Barrington College.


DAVID J. TRAVERS – PRESIDENT – DELTA PERSONNEL

Dave is the co – founder of Delta Personnel. He is a Certified Emergency Medical Technician, and a Retired Contra Costa County Level 1 Reserve Deputy Sheriff. He is a member of the Concord Chamber of Commerce, the Police Officer Research Association (PORAC) and the Co – Founder of the California Association of Licensed Security Agencies, Guards & Associates (CALSAGA), and was the 2010 CALSAGA Al Howenstein Lifetime Achievement Award.


SEAN R. GOGAN – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – COMMUNITY STAFFING RESOURCES

Sean comes to CSR with 18 years’ experience in the staffing industry, and 7 in Property Management staffing specifically. He has managed both sales and operations in temporary and direct hire staffing. He was a State Board Member, and Past President of the Golden Gate Chapter of the California Staffing Professionals, and has also consulted to many staffing companies on software and operations integration. Sean has a Bachelors Degree from the University of San Francisco, and a Masters Degree from Saint Mary’s College, and is a Certified Staffing Professional, and a California Certified Residential Manager.
